Track Your Order

Where is my order?

Every Specter Store order ships with free tracking.

1. Check your email. When your order ships (1–3 business days after you order) we email you a tracking number and link. Check your spam folder too.
2. Open your order status page. Use the “View your order” button in your order confirmation email to see the status and tracking at any time.
3. Track your number. Paste your tracking number at 17track.net to follow your package across every carrier until it reaches your door.

Normal delivery time

About 7–14 business days after your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show the first movement — that is normal.

Something looks wrong?

If your tracking has not moved for 15 business days, or it says delivered but you don’t have the package, email us before opening a claim: dylandavenxglob@gmail.com. We reply within 1 business day and, if the package isn’t found, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
